Sandyford Medical Practice, established in 1987, is a modern general medical practice where our experienced medical team Dr John Hastings, Dr Susan Jordan and Nurse Niamh Corrigan offer high quality, caring and confidential healthcare to meet all your family needs.
In addition to general medical practice we offer a wide range of medical services together with a comprehensive range of Nursing Services. The practice operates an appointment system with convenient opening hours Monday through Friday.

Appointments
To make an appointment please contact our reception staff at (01) 295-6744 who will arrange one to suit your needs. Every effort will be made to ensure you are seen as soon as possible and all genuine urgent requests will be dealt with promptly.
House Calls
House calls are exclusively for those patients who are too ill to travel to the surgery. Most problems are best dealt with in the surgery with access to all the necessary medical equipment. However, if you have a medical problem that warrants a house call please contact our reception staff at (01) 295-6744 who will make the necessary arrangements.
Prescription Requests
All repeat prescription requests are dealt with on a 24 hour basis. It is best practice to provide us with a list of your current medication. Prescriptions may be ordered by using our ONLINE FORM.
In certain circumstances patients may be requested to attend the Doctor in the event that their medication needs to be reviewed.
Managing Your Data
In order to maintain up-to-date records and to ensure we can reach you, please inform us of any change of address or phone numbers. We would also ask you to inform us about any relevant changes that we should know about. This would include such things as any new treatments or investigations being carried out that we are not aware of.
